What is the Restaurant Share Program?
9 out of 10 of restaurant-goers have visited a restaurant they’ve never been to purely on a friend’s recommendation. The Restaurant Share Program harnesses the power of a trusted recommendation and incentivizes your regular customers to send their friends to your restaurant!
We’ll share your business with new customers in two ways:
First, every customer ordering at your store will be prompted to share your restaurant with a friend, family or coworker. Throughout the ordering process they’ll be alerted that they’ve been issued a gift card (valid for your store only, for a limited time) and that they can share it with one friend or coworker who's never visited. Once the gift card is shared, the recipient will be reminded about their gift until they redeem it or it expires.
Second, Ritual will promote your business directly to new customers within a 5 minute walking distance with featured in-app placements, push notifications, and emails.
What's the promotional cost?
There are no upfront costs involved with the Restaurant Share Program -- you are only charged when it works! When the Restaurant Share Program successfully brings you a new customer, the only requirement is that you cover 50% of their first order ($10 max). This fee covers all of the marketing involved in the program. No signup costs or hidden fees.
There are no strings attached to the Restaurant Share Program - you can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, you are required to honour any outstanding gifts that your customers have shared for a period of 30 days.
