What is Loyalty+?

Loyalty+ is an automated ‘stamp card’ program that makes it easy to incentivize your customers and keep them coming back again and again. 

Customers earn 1 stamp with every purchase at your restaurant. Once a customer completes their full card, they will be rewarded with a large points bonus that can be spent back on more food & drinks!

What can I customize?

This program is designed to feature stamp ‘boosters’ that you can turn on and off at the click of a button. Boosters are promoted at the top of your menu and incentivize customers to engage in specific behaviours that better your restaurant. 

New boosters are added every few weeks and can be controlled from your Partner Portal’s Loyalty Tab.

What's the cost?

There are no upfront costs to offer loyalty -- you are only charged the marketing fee when the customer completes their card by placing 10 full orders with you. Got a customer who has 8 stamps? There’s no charge to you until they hit 10.

Once a customer completes their full card, only then do we look to your restaurant to provide the reward. The cost of the reward will be equivalent to 10% of the total sales generated by the card. For example: If a customer spends $15 on each order and completes up their 10-stamp card, their reward value will be $15 (10% of $150).
