What is Company Perks?

Company Perks is an ongoing 10% restaurant funded discount on orders through the Ritual app, available exclusively to users on verified company teams. It is available all year, every day and at any time exclusively for verified users. Users will see exclusive discounts in the Ritual App that highlight your restaurant’s participation in this program.

Who funds the discount? 

Company Perks was developed as an alternative to Loyalty+. You can only be enrolled in either Loyalty+ or Company Perks, but not both simultaneously. 

In replacement of the fees associated with the former Loyalty+ program, Company Perks discounts are funded by restaurant partners. For most of our partners, we have found that the cost of Company Perks is less than the fees previously associated with Loyalty+.

Who is eligible for this discount? 

Company Perks is promoted exclusively through the Ritual App, with our building partners and only to direct employees of verified company teams. 

How can I verify that all the orders will only be from corporate users?

All discounted orders will only be from verified corporate users. The Company Perks program has limitations in place that allow only users with verified emails to see the discounts through the Ritual App.

How can I see the results of the Perk program?

You will be able to track all discounts from Perks in your Sales Summary and Transactions in your Partner Portal. Discount amounts through Company Perks will appear in the “Discounts” column.

Can I add my other locations to Company Perks?

Yes! Please reach out to us through “Support” in your Partner Portal. Any restaurant partner can be enrolled in Company Perks, however it is not guaranteed that verified users are ordering in your area. Contact us for more information. 

How can I opt out of Company Perks?

If I want to opt out of Perks for a certain period of time, how do I manage that?

Reach out to us via “Support” in your Partner Portal and simply let us know that you’d like to opt out for a specified period of time!

Can I increase/decrease the discount provided on the Company Perks program?

As we are still in the initial stages of the program, all items will be discounted at 10%. However, we’d love to hear your feedback if you are interested in increasing this discounted amount! 

Can I select specific menu items only to be discounted? 

At the moment, all menu items will be discounted at 10%.
