We're excited to get you started! Outlined below are a few steps to help you get set-up for online ordering!
1. Setup your own Device:
- Download the Ritual Store Manager app from Google Play Store and connect your device.
- Familiarize yourself with accepting your Ritual Online Ordering orders.
- If you've opted to rent or purchase a Ritual device, we will help you set up during your setup appointment (see below)
2. Setup Appointment:
- Once the menu draft is complete, we'll send you a confirmation email. Please contact the Ritual Onboarding team through email or phone Mon-Fri 9.00-5.00 EST to review the menu and finalize your setup.

3. Web Setup:
- Log into your Partner Portal account and navigate to the Online Ordering tab on the left side panel. You can find your weblinks here to add online ordering to your website.
4. Delivery Settings:
- Delivery settings are set to default settings. Please complete THIS FORM or login to your Partner Portal account to change your default settings/opt-out of delivery.
- If you wish to use your own couriers, please fill out the Self-Delivery Setup Form.
