Accept Orders Through Google

Ritual Online Ordering is making it easy for your customers to order food through Google Search & Google Maps. Now, customers already searching for your business on Google can seamlessly place online orders.

How does it work?

• We'll get everything set up for you to enable food ordering on your Business Profile on Google. If your Business Profile is not set up yet, get started here. Once you finish the setup, Google will send you a postcard with a code which you will need to input at google.com/verifymybusiness
  
  
  
  
• Give your customers one-click access to your menu and ordering through Google Search & Google Maps.
• Fees associated with Ritual Online Ordering through Google are subject to plan agreement and details. Reach out to Ritual Partner Support to confirm.

Set up Ritual Online Ordering as your Preferred Partner on Google

To reduce commissions from 3rd party services, we encourage you to use Ritual Online Ordering as a preferred partner through your Google Profile.

1. Sign in to your Google Business Account here.

2. Find your Ritual Online Ordering link through the Partner Portal or click the link at the bottom of this page.

3. Click 'Edit' on your Google Profile.

4. Add your Ritual Online Ordering link under your Order Ahead links.

5. To set your Ritual Online Ordering page as a preferred link, click the Star next to your Ritual Online Ordering link.

Don't have a website?

You can use Ritual Online Ordering as your primary website on your Google Profile to share your menu, capture your branding, and allow customers to order.

1. Find your Ritual Online Ordering link through the Partner Portal or click the link at the bottom of this page.

2. Click 'Edit' on your Google Profile.

3. Add your Ritual Online Ordering link as your website.
