Can I edit my POS Integrated Menu through Menu Manager?

If your menu is integrated with your POS, Ritual pulls your menu from your system, which typically does not require manual updates. However, we understand that sometimes editing through the POS is not ideal. We allow our Partners that are POS integrated to have a limited capability to edit their menus through Menu Manager. 

When you log into your Partner Portal and navigate to the Menu Manager page, you will see 3 different types of customization that are available to you:

• Editable Item Titles
• Editable Item Description
• Editable Item Visibility (i.e - hide items on your Ritual menu) 

To edit Item Titles or Item Descriptions simply input the new title or description into the respective fields. 

When hiding menu items on Ritual, a prompt will notify you that this is a Ritual change only (i.e - these changes do NOT affect your POS)

Any items that have been modified will be flagged on your Menu Manager.
