Providing Ritual Access to your Website Builder

To get support from our team, you can either fill out this secure form with your website credentials or provide the Ritual team with admin access to your website builder to install your online ordering. Please use ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email to provide our team access.

Adding Ritual as a User to your Wordpress Account:

1. Log-in to your Wordpress Account. You should have Administrator access so that you can provide the Ritual team with Administrator user access.
2. Go to your Wordpress Dashboard.
3. Select Users.
4. Select ‘Add New’.
5. Fill in the required info. Use ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
6. Choose a password, check the box “Send this password to the new user by email” and select ‘Admin’ as the role in the drop-down. This ensures our team is able to add in a link to the top navigation of your menu.

Wix

Adding Ritual as a User to your Wix Account:

1. Go to Roles & Permissions.
2. Click Invite People.
3. Enter ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
4. Select the checkbox next to ‘Website Manager’ as the role. 
5. Click Send Invite.
6. An email invitation to create an account is sent to the Ritual team.

Shopify

Adding Ritual as a User to your Shopify Account:

1. Log in as the store owner.
2. From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and permissions.
3. In the Staff section of Permissions, click Add staff.
4. Enter a first name, a last name, and an email address for the new staff member. Please use ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
5. Click Send invite.
6. An email invitation to create an account is sent to the Ritual team.

BentoBox:

Adding Ritual as a User to your BentoBox Account:

1. Log into BentoBox. Go to the side panel, "Settings > Users".
2. Click “ADD NEW” at the top right of your screen.
3. Fill out necessary information. You may add ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the user. Select the Admin Permission.
4. Ritual will receive an email invitation.

GoDaddy:

Adding Ritual as a User to your GoDaddy Account:

1. Go to your GoDaddy Account Settings. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to log in.
2. Click Delegate Access.
3. In the People who can access my account section, click Invite to Access.
4. Enter the Name and Email address for the person you're inviting. Please use Ritual as the name and ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email.
5. Select one of the access levels. If you're not sure what this means, check out our explanation of access levels. We recommend Products & Domains so that our team can access your website editor.
6. Click Invite. GoDaddy will send the Ritual team an email invitation to access your account. Once Ritual accepts, we'll let you know. That's it!

Squarespace:

Adding Ritual as a User to your Squarespace Account:

1. Visit your Squarespace site.
2. In the Home Menu, click Settings, then click Permissions.
3. In the Permissions panel, click Invite Contributor.
4. In the Invite Contributor window, enter the contributor's name and email address. Please use Ritual as the name, and ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
5. Switch the toggles to provide Ritual with Administrator access.
6. Click Invite to send your invitation.
7. Ritual will receive an email invitation.
