WordPress
Adding Ritual as a User to your Wordpress Account:
- Log-in to your Wordpress Account. You should have Administrator access so that you can provide the Ritual team with Administrator user access.
- Go to your Wordpress Dashboard.
- Select Users.
- Select ‘Add New’.
- Fill in the required info. Use ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
- Choose a password, check the box “Send this password to the new user by email” and select ‘Admin’ as the role in the drop-down. This ensures our team is able to add in a link to the top navigation of your menu.
Wix
Adding Ritual as a User to your Wix Account:
- Go to Roles & Permissions.
- Click Invite People.
- Enter ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
- Select the checkbox next to ‘Website Manager’ as the role.
- Click Send Invite.
- An email invitation to create an account is sent to the Ritual team.
Shopify
Adding Ritual as a User to your Shopify Account:
- Log in as the store owner.
- From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and permissions.
- In the Staff section of Permissions, click Add staff.
- Enter a first name, a last name, and an email address for the new staff member. Please use ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
- Click Send invite.
- An email invitation to create an account is sent to the Ritual team.
BentoBox:
Adding Ritual as a User to your BentoBox Account:
- Log into BentoBox. Go to the side panel, "Settings > Users".
- Click “ADD NEW” at the top right of your screen.
- Fill out necessary information. You may add ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the user. Select the Admin Permission.
- Ritual will receive an email invitation.
GoDaddy:
Adding Ritual as a User to your GoDaddy Account:
- Go to your GoDaddy Account Settings. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to log in.
- Click Delegate Access.
- In the People who can access my account section, click Invite to Access.
- Enter the Name and Email address for the person you're inviting. Please use Ritual as the name and ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email.
- Select one of the access levels. If you're not sure what this means, check out our explanation of access levels. We recommend Products & Domains so that our team can access your website editor.
- Click Invite. GoDaddy will send the Ritual team an email invitation to access your account. Once Ritual accepts, we'll let you know. That's it!
Squarespace:
Adding Ritual as a User to your Squarespace Account:
- Visit your Squarespace site.
- In the Home Menu, click Settings, then click Permissions.
- In the Permissions panel, click Invite Contributor.
- In the Invite Contributor window, enter the contributor's name and email address. Please use Ritual as the name, and ritualwebdevs@ritual.co as the email address.
- Switch the toggles to provide Ritual with Administrator access.
- Click Invite to send your invitation.
- Ritual will receive an email invitation.
