When a customer transacts through Ritual on your website and opts-in to receive communication from you, you gain access to the customer’s name, email, and phone number. As a Ritual Online Ordering partner, you can contact your customers directly for the purposes of your business including, marketing & customer experience issues. You cannot contact your customers directly in real-time.
You can access & export customer information in a .csv file in the Partner Portal. To do so, head to the Sales Report tab, scroll down to Customer Data and select the time period in which you would like to download this data.
