The Ritual merchant device is capable of connecting the following printers via Bluetooth or WiFi printing, where applicable:
- Star Micronics brand thermal printers including, but not limited to:
- Star TSP143IIIBI OR TSP143IIILAN (UBEReats & GRUBHUB Printers)
- Star TSP654IIBI
- Epson brand thermal printers including, but not limited to:
- Epson TM-T88
- Epson TM-m30 (Also available to purchase through Ritual)
- Jolimark TP510 & TP850
- Rongta RP 328
If you are interested in pairing your ordering device with your in-store printer you’ll need to first identify the printer that you own. The name of the printer is visible at the front of the device.
Star TSP100 futurePRNT OR TSP143IIILAN
- Make sure that your ordering device is connected to the same private WiFi network as the printer.
- Select the Settings tab at the bottom right corner of the ordering device. If you do not see the Settings tab, select the 3 dots on the top right corner of the ordering device.
- Select Printer Settings and tap the drop-down list next to Printers around you.
- Select STAR and the name of your printer below that starts with TSP#####.
- Each printer has its own unique name.
- Click the refresh icon if it doesn’t show.
- A connection test will be prompted which you can select to test the printer.
- A sample chit will print out showing Printer is online.

Star TSP650
- Make sure that your merchant device is connected to the same private WiFi network as the printer.
- Select the 3 dots on the top right corner of the merchant device.
- Select Printer Settings and tap the drop-down list next to “Printers around you”.
- Select STAR and the name of your printer below that starts with TSP#####.
- Each printer has its own unique name.
- Tap the refresh icon if it doesn’t show.
- A connection test will be prompted which you can select to test the printer.
- A sample chit will print out showing “Printer is online”.

Epson TM T88
- Turn the printer on.
- Select the Settings tab at the bottom right corner of the ordering device. If you do not see the Settings tab, select the 3 dots on the top right corner of the ordering device.
- Select Printer Settings.
- Select Bluetooth Settings.
- Make sure that the Bluetooth option is toggled on.
- A list of nearby printers will appear - select the name that starts with TM-#####.
- Each printer has its own unique name.
- Go back to Printer Settings by selecting the back arrow.
- Select the drop-down list next to Printers around you and choose Epson.
- Select the same printer name chosen in the previous step.
- Test connection by selecting Test Printer.
- A sample chit will print out showing Printer is online.

Epson TM M30
- Turn the printer on.
- On your merchant device, select the 3 dots on the top right corner.
- Select Printer Settings.
- Select Bluetooth Settings.
- Make sure that the Bluetooth option is toggled ON.
- A list of nearby printers will appear - select the name that starts with TM-#####.
- Each printer has its own unique name.
- Go back to Printer Settings by selecting the back arrow.
- Select the drop-down list next to “Printers around you” and choose Epson.
- Select the same printer name chosen in the previous step.
- Test connection by selecting Test Printer.
- A sample chit will print out showing “Printer is online”.

Jolimark
- Make sure to plug in the printer into an electrical outlet using the provided cables.
- Turn on the printer by flipping the I/O button at the back.
- Open the paper cartridge by using the latch on top of the printer; place the thermal paper roll into the printer.
- A sample roll is provided for new printers.
- Test the feed button on the printer’s interface.
- The roll can be only placed in two ways. If the printer doesn’t print properly, flip the paper roll.
- Select the Settings tab at the bottom right corner of the ordering device. If you do not see the Settings tab, select the 3 dots on the top right corner of the ordering device.
- Select Bluetooth Settings.
- Toggle Bluetooth Settings to on.
- The device will scan for nearby Bluetooth devices (ie. the printer).
- Select Jolimark (model #).
- The model # can be found on the underside of the printer.
- A pairing request will be prompted, enter the on-screen code.
- The code will typically be 0000 or 1234.
- After the printer is paired as a device for the merchant device, go back to Printer Settings.
- Select the brand from the dropdown menu beside the refresh button(⟳) to populate the list of devices.
- A refresh may be required to repopulate the list of printers.
- The brand you’re looking for is Jolimark.
- Select the Bluetooth paired printer from the list to confirm the connection and to start a test print.
- After the connection has been confirmed and the test chit has printed you’ll need to call our support number to enable printing. You can find our support line number here.
Rongta
- Turn the printer on.
- Select the Settings tab at the bottom right corner of the ordering device. If you do not see the Settings tab, select the 3 dots on the top right corner of the ordering device.
- Select Printer Settings.
- Select Bluetooth Settings.
- Make sure that the Bluetooth option is toggled on.
- A list of nearby printers will appear, select your Rongta printer.
- Go back to Printer Settings by selecting the back arrow.
- Select the drop-down list next to Printers around you and choose Rongta.
- Select the same printer name chosen in the previous step.
- Test connection by selecting Test Printer.
- A sample chit will print out showing Printer is online.
