How Do I Select Preparation Times for Each Item?

Ritual has the unique option to set preparation times by item so your customers can arrive when the item is expected to be ready. To set this, go to your online Square Dashboard, select the item you wish to set the prep time for, and under Ritual custom attributes, change the field Preparation Time Category to the corresponding category, we offer 4 distinct options and prep times.
