How Do I Select Preparation Times for Each Item?

Ritual has the unique option to set preparation times, by item so your customers can arrive when the item is expected to be ready. To set this go to your online Square Dashboard, select the item you wish to set the prep time for and under Ritual custom attributes, and change the field Preparation Time Category to the corresponding category, we offer 4 distinct options and prep times.
