When updating your Square menu, ensure that you are making menu updates in your Squareup Dashboard. This is where your Ritual menu is synced; unfortunately, any edits made in Square Online do not always reflect in your Squareup menu, which may be the reason your menu is not updating.
If you are still experiencing issues with your Square Ritual menu, submit a ticket in your Partner Portal. Ensure you select Menu Issue > POS so that it is directed to the appropriate team!
