Regular Hours
These are hours where you are open and accepting orders. To update operating hours:
- Go to Partner Portal, navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Store Information tab > Under Operating Hours > Click Edit > Under Regular Hours modify the date/ time > Click Save.
- This can be done at any time of the day, and as many times as your business needs. Changes are effective immediately for your Ritual customers.
Special/ Holiday Hours
These are for days where you have special hours/closed for certain days due to different circumstances. For example, reduced operating times during holidays or renovations in-store. To edit Holiday Hours:
- Go to Partner Portal, navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Store Information tab > Under Operating Hours > Click Edit > Under Holiday Hours modify the date/ time > Click Save.
- This can be done at any time of the day, and as many times as your business needs. Changes are effective immediately for your Ritual customers.
Busy Hours
Busy hours give you the option to set additional prep time on top of your normal prep times for specific hours each day. Busy hours could be useful if you experience high order volume during certain times of the day such as lunch rush or weekend dinner times. To edit busy hours:
- Go to Partner Portal, navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Store Information tab > Under Operating Hours > Click Edit > Under Busy Hours modify the date/ time > Click Save.
- This can be done at any time of the day, and as many times as your business needs. Changes are effective immediately for your Ritual customers.
