How do customers place orders?

Customers access your menu, customize their order, and complete payment, all through the app (web or mobile). They can order from their office, public transit, or on the go, then pick up their order based on timing that you provide. When the customer arrives, their order is ready - no waiting, just a quick and easy experience.

We know there’s not always enough time to make a coffee run; instead, we offer a unique option for social delivery in the workplace called Piggyback. Once a team member in the office places an order, their entire team receives a notification in real-time, prompting them to add onto their teammate’s order. The office hero will then pick up the group order and bring it back to the office for the team. Ritual’s social delivery feature encourages users to earn Ritual loyalty points and allows teammates to get the benefit of delivery without the added cost - not to mention, increases order size with the touch of a button.
