We recommend having the lowest prep time possible to ensure a great customer experience. Customers often look at how long an item or meal will take before they order so that they can plan accordingly. Oftentimes, if a prep time is too long for them, they will order somewhere else that better suits their needs. Prep times can be adjusted by extending your current times or providing you with up to 5 options to choose from if you have an ordering device. If you accept orders by email, we can simply extend your average prep time overall. Our prep times are set as intervals of 5, up to 60 minutes maximum.
