If a customer orders an item that you no longer have in stock or makes a request in the User Notes that you cannot fulfill, please select the Remove Items option to reject the order and select Out of Stock or User Note
If you select Out of Stock, this item will remain out of stock for the remainder of the day and will automatically come back in stock the following day. Only select User Note if the request the user has made through notes cannot be fulfilled.
To avoid rejecting customer orders, please keep your Ritual menu up-to-date on your merchant device. Proactively out-of-stock items if you run out of ingredients or menu items by navigating to Manage Inventory and updating.
An add-on or ingredient to an item (e.g. extra chicken) set to Out of Stock will automatically out of stock that add-on or ingredient for all menu items. It will automatically become in-stock again the following day.
Items set to Discontinued will not appear on the menu until they are placed back In Stock on your merchant device.
