How do I integrate with Toast?

In order to get started on your Toast x Ritual integration, please complete the following steps:

1. Subscribe to the Restaurant Management Suite in Toast
   
   • This will cost $50/month and provide you with increased access to some of Toast's integration partners, including Ritual
     
     
2. Add Ritual to your Toast Integrations
   • On your Toast Dashboard, click on My Integrations, click 'Add Integrations' and look for Ritual. Click on Add Now
     
   • If you are unable to locate Ritual in the list of integrations then please contact the Ritual or Toast support team to have it added for you
     
     
3. Add Payment Options
   • To enable ordering on your Toast Dashboard, click on Other Payments Option under the Payments header
   • Click +Add, and save a new payment option that is named ‘Ritual Payment etc’
     
     
4. Add Dining Options
   • To enable Ritual dining on your Toast Dashboard, click on Dining Options under the Kitchen/Dining Room header
   • Click + Add, and save 'Ritual Online Ordering - Takeout' and/or 'Ritual Online Ordering - Delivery' 
   • Note: the dining options MUST say ‘Ritual’
     
     
5. Enable the Menu
   • Go to Advanced Properties under the Menu header, and select the appropriate menu
   • Under the Online Ordering in Properties, check off the box that says "Online Orders: Ordering Partners" to ensure your menu is visible to Ritual

* Please note Toast is case sensitive and Dining and Payment Options must be written exactly as stated above.  

Pro-Tip: Customers eat with their eyes first! Upload menu images via your Toast Dashboard to help make your Ritual menu more enticing.
