Ritual will have your menu completed by the time you receive your Ritual device or by the time of your scheduled install appointment. If there is missing information regarding your menu (i.e. prices, modifiers, etc...), we may require an additional 1-2 business days after your device has been set up to finalize your menu.
To make changes to your menu before going live, you can edit your own menu via the Menu Manager tab on Partner Portal. Alternatively, if you wish for Ritual to help change your menu, please submit your request using the Partner Support Form via your Partner Portal. You can find this form by click on the Support tab once you log in. You may also submit this menu request via email at partners@ritual.co.
