When will I receive payment?

Ritual tracks sales Monday through Sunday, meaning you will receive payments weekly for the previous week’s sales. The day you receive your weekly deposit will vary based on your location. As banks’ schedules vary, please allow for 1-2 business days of processing time if you see deposits have not arrived.

1. Canada: Payments processed on Tuesday and typically deposited into merchant bank accounts by Wednesday
2. United States: Payments processed on Tuesday and typically deposited into merchant bank accounts by Wednesday
3. Australia: Payments processed on Tuesday and typically deposited into merchant bank accounts by Wednesday
4. United Kingdom: Payments processed on Tuesday and typically deposited into merchant bank accounts by Wednesday

For partners in the United States, please ensure you’ve submitted your W9 form to taxsupport@ritual.co.

If you didn’t receive your weekly deposits because there was an issue with your banking information, the balance will carry over to the following week. In the event that a weekly deposit is carried over from the previous week, your upcoming deposits may not match up with the Net Earnings displayed in the Sales Report tab of your Partner Portal.
