How do I change the name of Items?

The Ritual Lightspeed Kounta POS Integration pulls all items in your Lightspeed Kounta POS onto a custom Ritual menu. If you have a different name for items specific to your store for operational purposes, you can change the “Customer Friendly Name” in the Online Products section of your Back Office. This is where you can also include descriptions.
