How do I start accepting orders?
To turn your Ritual device back online and start receiving orders, press the "Start Accepting Orders" button on the home screen of your Ritual Store Manager App!
Why is my ordering device deactivated?
If an order times out, it goes through a list of criteria and your device will enter an unresponsive state. A prompt will be sent to your device telling you that orders will be paused until tomorrow. You can start accepting orders by pressing the "Start Accepting Orders" Button!
What if I am too busy and can't receive orders?
If you are using the Ritual Store Manager App, you can navigate to Settings > Orders. Under Orders, you can click on "Pause Orders" and will be prompted to select an amount of time to be paused. Once that time has passed, you will be automatically turned back online to start accepting orders again.

Why is my service paused?
If you are unable to begin accepting orders, please check your email as there may be an issue with your account that will require further action. If you are unable to locate an email from Ritual, please reach out to us.
