Ritual Online Ordering deposit refund

If you have completed the Ritual Online Ordering commission-free online form to sign up for Ritual Online Ordering with an in-store device, you will be asked to provide a $19 deposit. This deposit is refunded to your account after your store has gone online with Ritual!

We process these refunds with our weekly payment cycle. So when your store goes live with Ritual you will receive the $19 deposit back the following week. Depending on your location, you may receive your deposit back on a different day.

• Canadian partners will receive their deposit on Wednesday
• United States partners will receive their deposit on Thursday
• United Kingdom partners will receive their deposit on Thursday
• Australia partners will receive their deposit on Thursday
• Hong Kong partners will receive their deposit on Thursday
