To make a Track & Trace request, have your store account owner send an email to privacy@ritual.co, and someone will respond to your request within 24 hours. In the email description, please provide the following details:
- Your Name/ Email (note: requests can only be made by persons with administrative access to the Partner Portal)
- Store Name & Address
- The date and time range that the exposure happened (note, we are limited to providing 21 days worth of customer data)
