Once you receive your device you will need to power on and charge your new device. Secondly, you will need to connect your device to your in store Wi-Fi by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner of your Ritual device; Select Wi-Fi settings and enter your information.
Once your device is connected to the internet you will need to call our support line at 1-855-489-8772 (Canada) or 1-800-539-4410 (USA) between 9-5 Monday-Friday to complete the device setup. After your device is initialized, and your menu has been finalized, you can start accepting orders!

Select your preferred Android device and download the Ritual Store Manager app to manage your in-store operations.
