Due to many temporary but on-going store closures in our operating cities, we are sending you a daily prompt on your merchant device so that you can let us know if your store is open or closed. How does this work?
- A prompt will appear on your merchant device 15 minutes before your designated open time.
- If you do not action this prompt within 5 minutes after your open time, we will assume that you are closed for the day.
- This prompt will beep once per minute from the moment it appears on your device, until the end of the day, or, until you select Yes, indicating you are open.
- If you select Yes, your device will be brought back online so you can accept orders.
