Note: If your Digital Pickup Sign unit is black, the screen will be black with a battery symbol in the middle. If your Digital Pick up Sign unit is white, the screen will just be black.
- Press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds to turn it back on.
- Once turned on, confirm if there’s a triangle in the top left corner. If there is, the tablet is not connected to WiFi. To reconnect, skip to the WiFi Not Working section below.
