Go to Partner Portal > Customer Feedback tab.
Please note, due to privacy concerns, Ritual is unable to provide customer contact information. We can, however, reach out to our Customer Support team, who can pass a message along to the customer on your behalf.
A daily feedback email will be sent at 9:00 am each day, in your local timezone, if there is at least one new customer comment from the previous day. The daily feedback email is sent to all registered Partner Portal users, regardless of their permission type (i.e. Admin, Editor or Viewer). Each registered user will receive one email, even if they are associated with multiple stores.
Example: if you have email@example.com
associated with Store A and Store B, the daily feedback email will contain a list of customer feedback from both stores. In order to view store specific comments please click on the See Comments
button, which will bring you to the store associated with the customer feedback.
