My Digital Pickup Sign screen is white and displays a “webpage not available” error

Reboot the device:

1. Confirm that the internet in your store is working.
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the hidden menu. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.
3. There will be two options (Settings and Exit to Launcher). With these options still on screen, press and hold the power off button for 5-10 seconds.
