My Digital Pickup Sign screen is white and displays a “webpage not available” error
Reboot the device:
- Confirm that the internet in your store is working.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the hidden menu. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.
- There will be two options (Settings and Exit to Launcher). With these options still on screen, press and hold the power off button for 5-10 seconds.
