Note: Your Digital Pickup Sign (DPS) is the larger customer-facing tablet. If your Digital Pickup Sign unit is black, the screen will be black with a battery symbol in the middle. If your DPS unit is white, the screen will just be black.
Try the following troubleshooting methods:
Plug the device into an outlet
Press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds. The power button is usually located on the top of the Digital Pickup Sign. On the white Digital Pickup Sign, the power button is on the stand base behind the tablet.
Swap out the charging cable or charging block
If the device isn’t turning back on, try swapping out the charging cable or charging block.
Replace the device
