Reach out to the Partner Support team by logging into your Partner Portal (partner.ritual.co/support), submitting a request via the Partner Support Form, and attaching your desired photo (photo requirements below). To find the Support Form, navigate to the Support tab located on the left of the Partner Portal homepage (partner.ritual.co/support).
We have the following requirements and suggestions for photos:
- Original source image (721 dpi minimum)
- Birdseye or aerial view
- Good lighting / tonal variety
- Showcase more than one item (i.e. show some variety in what is offered; exceptions made for coffee, bubble tea & smoothies)
- Dark background (i.e. no colourful tablecloths or checkered floors); wooden, granite and charcoal backgrounds work well
- No people, hands or faces
- No plastic plates, cutlery, or cups
